Exchange Policy

Looking to exchange? We make it easy for you.

According to the Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (CDC), the deadline to request a product exchange is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the day following the receipt of the order.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging, manuals, and accessories, without signs of improper use or damage.
  • Upon receipt at our distribution center, the product undergoes an analysis by the responsible team.
  • The analysis return period is up to 4 business days after confirmation of receipt.
  • If the product does not meet the conditions, it will be returned to the sender.
  • The total period may vary depending on the region and the deadlines of the Post Office or the carrier.
  • If the desired item is no longer in stock, we will provide a coupon credit for a new purchase.
  • Preserve the shipping packaging. Post Office: posting authorization. Carrier: collection at the delivery address.

Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 49 of the CDC, you can opt for a return with a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange for another item available in stock, provided that the request is made within 7 calendar days after receipt.
