Shipping Policy
Everything about shipping, delivery times, and tracking.
1Delivery Methods
ITWIGS ships via Correios (Brazilian Post Office) and partner carriers, with different modalities (PAC, SEDEX, or equivalent). You choose the available method at the time of purchase, according to your region and estimated delivery time.
2Delivery Times
- The delivery time starts counting from the payment confirmation.
- Delivery times vary according to the region and the chosen method.
- These are estimates from Correios/carriers and may change due to external factors (strikes, weather, local restrictions), which are beyond ITWIGS' direct responsibility.
3Shipping Cost
- Calculated automatically at checkout, according to the informed ZIP code.
- Free shipping promotions or discounts are informed in banners, campaigns, and/or at the order checkout.
4Order Tracking
- After dispatch, you will receive the tracking code via email or WhatsApp.
- Tracking is the customer's responsibility, via the Correios or carrier website.
5Delivery Attempts
- Correios makes up to 3 attempts at the informed address.
- In case of absence or difficulty of access, the order may be held for pickup at the nearest agency.
- If not picked up within the deadline, the product returns to our distribution center.
6Order Reshipment
If the order returns due to an incorrect address, recipient's absence, or failure to pick up within the deadline, reshipment may be requested upon payment of a new shipping fee. We do not offer free reshipment in these situations, as delivery is the responsibility of the carrier/Correios.
7Responsibility and Warranty
- ITWIGS commits to dispatching orders within the informed timeframe.
- We are not responsible for delays due to factors external to Correios/carrier.
- In case of confirmed loss, the product will be reshipped or, if unavailable, the paid amount will be refunded.
8Address Changes
It is not possible to change the delivery address after purchase — only upon reshipment.
