Return Policy

Your peace of mind is our priority.

According to Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (CDC), the deadline to request a product return is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the day following receipt of the order.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging, manuals, and accessories, without signs of use. Cut laces will not be accepted.
  • Upon receipt at our distribution center, the product undergoes analysis by the responsible team.
  • The analysis return period is up to 4 business days after confirmation of receipt.
  • If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender.
  • The total period may vary depending on the region and the deadlines of the Post Office or the carrier.
  • Preserve the shipping packaging to protect the product during return.
  • Post Office: we send a postage authorization. Carrier: we schedule collection at the same delivery address.
  • After receipt and approval, the refund is processed according to the payment method used in the purchase.
