How we treat and protect your data.

1Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions apply:

Cookies
Files sent by the Portal's server to Visitors' computers, to identify the computer and obtain access data, allowing navigation to be customized according to their profile.
ITWIGS
IT WIGS TAVARES COMERCIO IMPORTACAO LTDA., registered under nº 46.379.494/0001-68, controller and owner of this Portal.
IP
Abbreviation for Internet Protocol. Set of numbers that identifies Visitors' computers on the Internet.
Logs
Records of Visitors' activities carried out on the Portal.
Portal
The electronic address www.itwigs.com.br and its subdomains.
Visitor
Any person who browses the Portal.
User
Visitors authenticated in the Portal's system.
Web beacons
Lines of programming in HTML pages whose purpose is to obtain details of user navigation.

2Obtaining data and information

2.1 - Data will be obtained when Visitors interact with the Portal's functionalities, providing information voluntarily, such as in the "Customer Service Center".

3Data storage

  • All collected data will be incorporated into the Portal's database, under the responsibility of ITWIGS.
  • The data is stored in a secure environment and can only be accessed by qualified personnel authorized by ITWIGS.
  • As no system is absolutely secure, ITWIGS disclaims responsibility for damages resulting from failures, viruses, or invasions, except in cases of fraud or negligence.
  • ITWIGS collects only the information essential for its business (Retail Trade/E-commerce of Wigs/Lace Wig).

4Use of data

4.1 - Data may be used to:

  • Respond to Visitors' questions and requests;
  • Compliance with legal or judicial order;
  • Constitute, defend, or regularly exercise rights in judicial or administrative scope;
  • Prepare general statistics, without personal identification;
  • Ensure the security of Visitors;
  • Maintain updated contact records (phone, email, SMS, etc.);
  • Inform about news, promotions, and events from ITWIGS and partners.

4.2 - The database will not be shared, sold, assigned, transferred, or rented to third parties.

4.4 - If the User ceases to use the services, ITWIGS may keep the record for up to 5 (five) years, for auditing purposes and preservation of rights.

5Cookies

The Portal may use cookies (it is up to the Visitor to block them in the browser, which may limit functionalities), web beacons, and other technologies, always respecting the terms of this policy and the user's options.

6General provisions

This Policy may be updated at any time, and Visitors are responsible for checking it with each access. In case of questions, please contact the Customer Service Center. Information published in public areas of the Portal may become public — exercise caution and good judgment.

7Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Policy will be interpreted according to Brazilian law, in the Portuguese language, with the Court of the District of Campinas/SP elected to resolve any dispute, waiving any other.
